The initial requirement received from RJR Group was to restore an old slip way; from there on, in cooperation with enduser, a NEW PROJECT to REDESIGN the area and CREATE a PROFESSIONAL HARBOUR with FULL SERVICES was born, developed, sketched, approved, designed, and brought to a positive conclusion with FULL SATISFACTION of the CLIENT.

RJR Group set up a highly professional team of engineers and architects from following companies: GSP Italia as coordinator, PALOMA ARCHITECTS as architectural design, ESA ENGINEERING for systems design, and SCE PROJECT for Structures calculations; and together we developed an IDEA into a FINISHED DESIGN PROJECT. 

 As INTEGRATOR,  RJR GROUP has organized: the design team, the building companies, the project financing, the communication, all to full satisfaction of the client.

The Harbour will be located in Zanzibar, north of Stone Town.
